Hi, I’m Klinta Jones.
I was born in Soviet Latvia, I come from very humble beginning. Growing up in a country with a new government and not much idea, thought me to have a drive and resilience.
I then moved to UK in2006, with a hairdressing certificate, £100 in my pocket and big dreams.
It was a struggle to get a job as a hairstylist when I moved over, one day I picked up the Yellow pages book and ripped out the pages under "hairdressing", I called salons until I had a lead that led me to an interview- I got the job.
My husband and I met in my barber chair, whilst cutting his hair 13 years ago. To this day he's my biggest fan and my rock.
I had a great opportunity to work in Birminghams leading male hairdressers, know at the time as Jacks of London, that I managed for most part of my time there.
With great amount of support from Mr Jones I opened my own barbershop in 2017
Launched my own ethical and cruelty free hair and skin care brand in 2018
Had a baby in 2019
After spending significant part of the 2020 and 2021 in lockdown, I have used the time to reflect and create. I've channeled my own struggles as an inspiration to help other barbershop owners Master Social Media, build High Performance Team, scale net profits in 90 days
